Who are we?
Hi! We're Ray and Laura.
Ray has been in to sound and tech for 20+ years, and about 5 years ago, started co-hosting a K-Pop radio show on Castledown Fm.
Over the years, Ray took over the show and then along came Laura....Laura has been in to K-Pop for over 15 years and has a career in DJ'ing all types of events and styles of music and now presents the K-Pop show with Ray every week.

Terms & Conditions
Castledown FM: General Competition Rules
These rules apply to all competitions run by Castledown FM (“the Station”) unless otherwise stated in individual competition instructions. By entering any Castledown FM competition, entrants agree to be bound by these rules.
1. Eligibility
1.1 Competitions are open to UK residents unless otherwise specified.
1.2 Entrants must be 16 years or older, unless a specific competition explicitly permits younger entrants with parental/guardian consent.
1.3 Employees of Castledown FM, associated sponsors, their immediate families, and anyone professionally connected to the competition are not eligible to enter.
2. How to Enter
2.1 Entry methods may include phone, text, email, social media, online forms, or in-person submissions.
2.2 Castledown FM accepts no responsibility for entries that are lost, delayed, misdirected, incomplete, or not received.
2.3 Only one entry per person per competition is permitted unless stated otherwise.
3. Closing Dates
3.1 Each competition will specify opening and closing dates.
3.2 Entries received after the closing date and time will not be accepted.
4. Winners & Judging
4.1 Winners will be chosen either at random or by judges appointed by Castledown FM, depending on the competition type.
4.2 Judges’ decisions—and those of Castledown FM—are final. No correspondence will be entered into.
4.3 Winners may be contacted via phone, email, social media, or on-air. If Castledown FM is unable to reach a winner within 48 hours, the station reserves the right to choose an alternative winner.
5. Prizes
5.1 Prizes are as described in the competition details and are non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash.
5.2 Castledown FM reserves the right to substitute a prize with one of equal or greater value if circumstances require.
5.3 Where the prize is provided by a third-party sponsor, the winner is bound by the terms and conditions of the prize provider.
6. On-Air Participation
6.1 By entering, participants agree to take part in on-air broadcasts, recordings, or interviews if required.
6.2 Castledown FM may edit or reuse audio/video content for promotional purposes without further consent.
7. Publicity & Data
7.1 By entering, entrants consent to Castledown FM using their name, town, and entry for publicity purposes.
7.2 Personal data will be handled in accordance with Castledown FM’s Privacy Policy and will not be shared with third parties unless necessary for the administration of the prize.
8. Conduct
8.1 Castledown FM reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who:
• tampers with the entry process
• acts dishonestly or attempts to cheat
• behaves in a way deemed inappropriate, abusive, or harmful to the competition or station
9. Liability
9.1 Castledown FM accepts no responsibility for any loss, damage, injury, or disappointment incurred by entry into a competition or acceptance of a prize.
9.2 Proof of entry does not constitute proof of receipt.
10. Amendments & Cancellation
10.1 Castledown FM reserves the right to amend or withdraw a competition at any time if necessary due to circumstances beyond its control.
10.2 Any updates will be announced on-air and/or online.
11. Governing Law
11.1 Competitions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
11.2 The courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
